Customer has the right to purchase a maintenance package at any time for a price of 10% of the purchase price of the machine plus shipping, allowing the customer to send in their machine for cleaning and repairs up to two times per year.

Or the second maintained package option is for 20% of the purchase price which allows for up to four submittals. Additional fees will apply to any components which need to be replaced outside of warranty coverage.
