Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us to commence the return process. Please do not return your appliance to Ousia Labs without first obtaining a Return Authority number. Please note that Ousia Labs is not responsible for appliances that are lost or damaged if returned outside of our return process or without a valid Return Authority number.

Refunds
Once Ousia Labs receives your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If there are no manufacturing defects and you are returning based on remorse the refund will be issued with an 8% restocking fee, subject to additional processing fees.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective then you will be entitled to receiving a paid shipping label. If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the warranty, Ousia Labs will send a pre-paid shipping label so that the product may be sent to Ousia Labs at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the product, Ousia Labs may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address warranty claims is up to 10 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location and the nature of the damage or warranty claim.
